Minimum order quantities vary considerably depending on the product, the decoration method, and whether you're ordering decorated blanks or a fully custom cut-and-sew program:

  • Decorated blanks (screen printing) on items like t-shirts, joggers, and caps: commonly 48 units per design
  • Fully custom-built programs (cut-and-sew hats, fully custom sweatshirts, embroidered hat programs): commonly 144 units per style/colorway
  • Water bottles: minimum of 144 pieces
  • Some brand-specific and corporate sales programs: as low as 25 units, depending on the product
