Yes. Anthem produces custom straw hats in a variety of styles, with both domestic decoration and fully custom offshore programs available. The best option depends on your quantity, timeline, budget, and desired level of customization.
Domestic Straw Hats
Our domestic program is ideal for faster timelines and lower quantities. Hats are available in one size fits most (23.6" circumference) and can be decorated with either a full-color sublimated front patch or engraved leather front patch.
Minimum quantity is 25 pieces. Sublimated patch pricing starts at $24 per hat at 25 pieces and decreases to approximately $18–$19 per hat at quantities of 100–250. Leather patch options are also available at an additional cost.
Production typically takes 10–15 business days, plus approximately 5–7 business days in transit. A $100 setup fee applies, and shipping is additional.
Custom Offshore Straw Hats
For projects requiring more customization, our offshore program includes both a full-color front patch and fully customized sublimated underbrim, allowing the underside of the hat to feature custom artwork, patterns, logos, or other branded designs.
Offshore hats are available in S/M (22.45" circumference) and L/XL (23.6" circumference), with a 50-piece minimum.
Pricing starts at $29.50 per hat for 50 pieces shipped by air. At 100+ pieces, ocean and air freight options are available, with unit pricing decreasing at higher quantities. For example, 100 pieces start at approximately $17.99 per hat via ocean freight or $21.99 via air freight.
Production typically takes 15–20 business days, plus approximately 12–15 business days in transit by air or 25–30 business days by ocean. A $100 setup fee includes the full-color patch and custom underbrim.
