Anthem builds premium bulk custom hats for brand-forward businesses and teams. Pricing generally runs $12–$17+ per unit, with standard production of 30–35 days. Anthem offers full cut-and-sew capability, not just logo placement on an off-the-shelf blank.

Three general construction tiers are available:

  • Decorated blanks: quality decorated hats from premium blank stock; the broadest range of styles/colorways and the fastest turnaround. Best for events, quick-turn campaigns, and pilot orders.
  • Co-branded partner hats: factory-level co-branding on partner labels like YETI, Carhartt, and New Era, so recipients recognize the brand before they see your logo. Best for corporate gifting, employee programs, and premium positioning.
  • Fully custom construction: custom fabrics, colorways, interior labeling, and packaging proprietary to your brand, with no off-the-shelf starting point. Best for retail brands and signature merch programs.

18 hat styles are available: 5-panel, 6-panel, 7-panel, baseball, beanie, bucket, camper, dad hat, fishing, fitted, golf, hunting, polo, running, snapback, straw, trucker, and visor.
