What's the difference between screen printing and embroidery?
Screen printing: bold and cost-effective for bulk. Embroidery: premium, dimensional look.
Screen printing applies ink through stencils (screens), layer by layer, directly onto fabric. It's cost-effective and efficient for large orders, offers strong color fidelity and durability, and works well for detailed, multi-colored, or photographic-style designs.
Embroidery stitches your design into the fabric with thread, creating a dimensional, premium feel. It's a great option when you want a logo or lettering sewn with fine detail, and tends to convey a higher perceived quality, though it offers less design flexibility than screen printing for complex, full-color artwork.
Many orders combine both: for example, an embroidered logo on the chest with a screen-printed design elsewhere on the same garment.
