What's the minimum order and turnaround for embroidery?
144-piece minimum for custom embroidered programs; smaller off-the-shelf runs may be quotable
For fully custom-built embroidered hat programs, the minimum order is generally 144 pieces per style/colorway. Embroidering existing off-the-shelf blanks in smaller quantities may be possible. Contact the team for a quote on that option specifically. Full production for custom embroidered hats runs approximately 30–35 days plus 7–10 business days transit by air (35–45 days by ocean).
Note for content review: an earlier version of this FAQ referenced an embroidery minimum "as low as 7 pieces". This figure could not be confirmed on the current site and should not be used until the Account Management team verifies it.
